1. INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Repository of psychological instruments in Serbian<\/a>\u00a0(hereafter called \u201cREPOPSI\u201d) is an open repository of psychological measures, scales, tests, and other research instruments. REPOPSI is maintained by the\u00a0Laboratory for Research of Individual Differences<\/a>\u00a0at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade (hereafter called \u201cLIRA\u201d).<\/p>\n

\n

2. DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cOSF\u201d<\/strong>: A free and open source research platform designed to help support researchers practice open science.<\/p>\n

\u201cProject\u201d<\/strong>: An individual or collaborative workspace on the OSF that may have embedded within it subproject(s) or component(s).<\/p>\n

\u201cComponent\u201d<\/strong>: A sub-project, that is a folder of the Project on the OSF, with custom privacy settings.<\/p>\n

\u201cPassive User\u201d<\/strong>: Persons who may use the OSF solely as an information resource without any ability to change or modify any Project content.<\/p>\n

3. TERMS OF USE<\/strong><\/p>\n

REPOPSI is a public Project on the OSF. The instruments available in full in REPOPSI are deposited in their own public Component. These Terms of Use use the term \u201cREPOPSI\u201d to refer to the Project and each individual Component within it.<\/p>\n

The access to and use of the REPOPSI are governed by the terms and conditions defined in these Terms of Use. By accessing or using REPOPSI, the user agrees to abide by these Terms of Use, which can be updated or modified.<\/p>\n

REPOPSI Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use, explains how REPOPSI treats the user\u2019s data and privacy when they access or use REPOPSI. By accessing or using REPOPSI, the user accepts\u00a0REPOPSI Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The access to and use of REPOPSI implies agreement with the following terms:<\/p>\n

  1. Users shall respect the\u00a0Terms of Use of the OSF<\/a>. All REPOPSI users may be Passive Users of the OSF.<\/li>\n
  2. REPOPSI is provided free of charge for non-commercial research, educational, clinical, and informational use.<\/li>\n
  3. REPOPSI will be updated or otherwise modified on a regular basis. The administrators of REPOPSI reserve the right to alter or delete information without notice.<\/li>\n
  4. All information is provided \u201cas-is\u201d and the user shall hold REPOPSI, information providers contributing data to REPOPSI, as well as LIRA (including individual LIRA researchers) free and harmless in connection with the use of such information. In particular, REPOPSI and LIRA do not guarantee that the translations found in REPOPSI are the only and\/or official translations of the original instruments.<\/li>\n
  5. Users shall respect copyright and applicable license conditions. In particular, the use of instruments available in full in REPOPSI is subject to the\u00a0Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license<\/a>; giving appropriate credit means that the authors of the original and the translated\/adapted version of the instruments need to be cited whenever the instrument is used. Download and use of information from REPOPSI does not amount to a transfer of intellectual property.<\/li>\n
  6. Information obtained from the REPOPSI metadata may be reused under the\u00a0Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license<\/a>\u00a0unless explicitly specified otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \r\n\r\n3. USLOVI KORI\u0160\u0106ENJA<\/strong>\r\n\r\nREPOPSI je javni projekat na OSF-u. Instrumenti dostupni u celosti u REPOPSI deponuju se u njihovoj sopstvenoj javnoj komponenti. Ovi Uslovi kori\u0161c\u0301enja koriste termin \u201eREPOPSI\u201d da bi ozna\u010dili i Projekat i svaku pojedina\u010dnu komponentu unutar njega.\r\n\r\nPristup REPOPSI-ju i njegovo kori\u0161c\u0301enje regulisani su odredbama i uslovima definisanim u ovim Uslovima kori\u0161c\u0301enja. Pristupanjem REPOPSI-ju ili njegovim kori\u0161c\u0301enjem, korisnik je saglasan sa time da se pridr\u017eava ovih Uslova kori\u0161c\u0301enja, koji mogu da budu a\u017eurirani ili promenjeni.\r\n\r\nPolitika privatnosti REPOPSI-ja, koja je uklju\u010dena u ove Uslove kori\u0161\u0107enja time \u0161to je na nju referisano, obja\u0161njava kako REPOPSI tretira podatke i privatnost korisnika kada oni pristupe REPOPSI-ju ili kad ga koriste. Pristupanjem REPOPSI-ju ili njegovim kori\u0161c\u0301enjem, korisnik prihvata\u00a0    Politiku privatnosti REPOPSI-ja<\/a>.\r\n\r\nPristup REPOPSI-ju i njegovo kori\u0161c\u0301enje podrazumeva saglasnost sa slede\u0107im uslovima:\r\n

    1. Korisnici c\u0301e po\u0161tovati\u00a0Uslove kori\u0161c\u0301enja OSF-a<\/a>. Svi korisnici REPOPSI-ja mogu da budu pasivni korisnici OSF-a.<\/li>\r\n \t
    2. REPOPSI se obezbe\u0111uje bez naknade radi nekomercijalne upotrebe u istra\u017eiva\u010dke, obrazovne, klini\u010dke i informativne svrhe.<\/li>\r\n \t
    3. REPOPSI c\u0301e se redovno a\u017eurirati ili na neki drugi na\u010din menjati. Administratori REPOPSI-ja zadr\u017eavaju pravo izmene ili brisanja informacija bez prethodne najave.<\/li>\r\n \t
    4. Sve informacije su date \u201eu zate\u010denom stanju\u201d i korisnik \u0107e smatrati da su REPOPSI, pru\u017eaoci informacija koji doprinose podacima REPOPSI-ju, kao i LIRA (uklju\u010duju\u0107i i pojedina\u010dne istra\u017eiva\u010de LIRA-e) bez krivice i namere da nanesu \u0161tetu u vezi sa kori\u0161\u0107enjem takvih informacija. Konkretno, REPOPSI i LIRA ne garantuju da su prevodi koji se nalaze u REPOPSI-ju jedini i\/ili zvani\u010dni prevodi originalnih instrumenata.<\/li>\r\n \t
    5. Korisnici c\u0301e po\u0161tovati autorska prava i primenljive uslove licence. Konkretno, kori\u0161c\u0301enje instrumenata koji su u celosti dostupni u REPOPSI-ju podle\u017ee licenci\u00a0Autorstvo-Nekomercijalno-Deliti pod istim uslovima 4.0 Me\u0111unarodna (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)<\/a>; priznavanje autorstva zna\u010di da autori originalne i prevedene\/adaptirane verzije instrumenata moraju da budu citirani kad god se instrument koristi. Preuzimanje i kori\u0161c\u0301enje informacija iz REPOPSI-ja ne predstavlja prenos intelektualne svojine.<\/li>\r\n \t
    6. Informacije dobijene iz metapodataka REPOPSI-ja mogu se ponovo koristiti pod licencom\u00a0Autorstvo-Nekomercijalno-Deliti pod istim uslovima 4.0 Me\u0111unarodna (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)<\/a>\u00a0osim ako nije izri\u010dito navedeno druga\u010dije.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n
